CHALO TUMKO

Shreya, is a name that comes to mind when we talk about ‘perfect singing’ in this generation of various singers. I think she is one of very few blessed singers with flawless voices. Her silken voice is malleable yet very steady; at such a young age she has achieved great sense of singing the song with emotions and maturity, her reaching the high notes does not sound shrill it’s all without any hesitation and/or efforts.
Like many other people all over the world I have been following her singing since ‘Sa re ga ma’ and have come across many beautiful songs. Here is one of them…..‘Chalo tumko…’

fantastic !!! Shreya and you are my favs !

Three observations:

(1) the timing on both 'zara sa' and 'lamha' are not right. It must be

| 1.2. | zara sa | 1.2. | 1.2.||
| 1.2. | lamha | 1.2. | 1.2.||
| 1.2. | chupatha| 1.2. | 1.2.||
| 123 ab mil ga | ya | 1.2.||

(2) Same thing with suhana and sapna in second antara.

(3) You could deliberately add a little huskiness to match up to Bipasha's sensuality :) If you compare shreya in "piyu bole" and this song you would see a deliberate change in her voice that he has infused.

Pls do not think I am suggesting that you make these changes and put the song back. The song is fine as it is. Just letting you know these for future renditions.

Sweet as usual !

Swati,
You have a beautiful voice. Enchanting, full of emotions, and refreshing like a morning breeze! I also heard one of my favorites "Jane Kyun Log" from your other website and was totally spell-bound. Please post that one here also.

Swati, that was an out of the world singing! Such an enchanting song. I never heard the original, but am just happy with your version, since it gives the required level of expression for a person who has not heard it before or seen the film.Your voice has been recorded,balanced, and mixed well with just the level of reverb necessary..

loved the way you sang 'isme doob jaana..' but at some places there seems to be some microphone static (possibly caused by you being too near to it) and the music seems too low while the voice kinda overpowers...singing however is flawless
