This song was performed by me and my friends in Richmond for Bengali Association. Chirashree, Topobrata, Ajit, Pankaj and Rupa same team as of ‘Uda ja re kaga’, ‘Kali Ghata’ and ‘Ye Nayan’. I don’t want to sound so formal, but truly I am thankful to all of them that they worked so hard to make this program happen. This performance of mine is one of the most memorable ones. The sound was almost perfect for recording (specially considering the live performances do not record as well, or are not as well balanced) All the rehearsals were immensely enjoyable time spent together, each and every one was full of enthusiasm and ready to listen to the suggestions for improvement; the presence of the strong passion for music was a common factor. Most importantly this small band of five people achieved the desired/required effect that was needed for the songs with minimal help.
In spite of their professional careers as Doctors, Engineers, Moms and Dads they diligently kept working towards the goal and I think they achieved it with flying colors.

Swathi, I am able to see the vast contrast beween this mic and your mic at home and the difference in your voice is so evident! This sounds just awesome! Your voice flows free without that metallic effect here. Great song too and very good orchestra and recording.
